Fleet Mortgages has launched a new two-year fixed rate, fixed-fee product for standard limited and limited company borrowers, while also announcing a raft of rate cuts. The new product is priced at 4.89%, available up to 75% LTV and comes with a £5,899 fixed fee, with a maximum loan amount of £350,000 and an end date set at 31 October 2026. The buy-to-let specialist has also announced a 10 bps rate reduction to its existing two-year fixed rate products, available up to 75% LTV. These products now start at 4.99% and come with a 3% fee with a minimum level of £750. Furthermore, Fleet has cut rates between five and 30 bps on its 75% LTV five-year fixes, with five-year products available from 5.39% at a fixed fee of £3,999, 5.89% with no fee and 4.99% with a 3% fee.

Buy to Let by Foundation has announced new limited edition products and a new fee-assisted remortgage product. The first new limited edition is an F1 five-year fix, available up to 75% LTV, with a rate of 5.49%, a fixed £4,495 fee and has a minimum loan size of £200,000. The lender has also launched a new five-year limited edition F1 green product, for properties with an EPC rating between A-C, available at 5.39%, with a fixed £4,495 fee and a minimum loan size of £200,000. Both of these products are available at up to 75% LTV. The third product is an F1 fee-assisted remortgage-only five-year fix, available up to 65% LTV with a rate of 5.99%, while the 75% LTV option comes with a rate of 6.09%. Both products come with a £1,295 fixed fee, no valuation or application fee and the offer of £500 cashback to the borrower.

MPowered Mortgages has reduced its fixed rate range for the second time in a week. The lender has also launched a "fairer" way of pricing of residential mortgages, by 5% LTV bands, that it says better reflects a borrower’s individual LTV risk. The lend has cut rates by up to 0.37% across its fixed rate range, with its five-year purchase product with a £999 fee, rates now start from 4.14%, 4.17%, 4,19% and 4.21% at 60%, 65%, 70% and 75% LTV respectively. The same applies for two- and three-year fixes, with two-year fixes with a £999 fee starting from 4.55%, 4.59%, 4.61% and 4.63% at the same LTVs respectively.
