L&C Mortgages adopts OMS' CRM solution

London and Country (L&C) Mortgages has adopted One Mortgage System's CRM system into its business.

The system, which will be fully integrated within L&C Mortgages’ operations, is designed to streamline workflows, improve data management and enhance overall customer engagement.

OMS said the partnership underlines its commitment to driving digital transformation in the mortgage industry, providing intermediary firms with the tools needed in the competitive landscape.

The OMS platform covers a range of product areas including residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance, and protection and is integrated with over 45 third party providers.

Chief executive officer at OMS, Dale Jannels, said: "L&C Mortgages is one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected mortgage brokerages, and we are delighted to support their operations with our bespoke CRM solution. This collaboration demonstrates the flexibility and scalability of the OMS platform in meeting the unique needs of different firms.

"Our goal is to empower firms with cutting-edge technology that simplifies processes, improves efficiency, and ultimately enhances the customer journey. We’re excited to where this collaboration will take us with two great teams working together to ultimately speed up the whole mortgage process for the end consumer."

CEO at L&C Mortgages, Mark Harrington, added: "Through a long and rigorous selection process, we have been determined to find the right CRM solution to fuel the next stage of L&C’s growth and transformation.

"We’ve been impressed throughout the process at the forward-thinking solutions that OMS has to offer. The team’s desire to understand L&C’s requirements, whilst demonstrating flexibility and partnership, will enable us to further evolve and adapt our proposition, promising an exciting new chapter in L&C’s progression.

"This will allow us to better support all our colleagues with more efficient processes and open up further opportunities to enhance the experience for our valued customers."
