Key launches new fee free advice service

Key has launched a new fee free advice service which offers access to a range of more than 80 ‘Key Equity Release’ branded products.

The equity release adviser has revealed that increasing numbers of its customers, those who should be considering the role that property could play in later life, are finding it hard to find the right advice.

The new integrated service will offer fee free advice provided by specialist qualified financial advisers, a range of more than 80 competitive Key Equity Release branded products – or almost 30% of those available across the market – as well as seamless end-to-end support for its customers.

Key has also announced the service will be delivered through a new digital advice support platform to help make the process simpler.

Key CEO, Will Hale, commented: “We know that for a growing number of over-55s, housing equity will play an important role in how they manage their later life finances, so we are delighted to unveil these changes.

“As the UK’s largest equity release adviser, we believe that customers deserve a range of great value choices when it comes to how they take out one of these products.

“Our new ‘Key Equity Release’ service is advice fee free, designed to be seamless and provides people with access to more than 80 products – almost 30% of those available across the whole market.

“Should we be unable to meet a customer’s needs from this range, they will be transferred to our whole of market service.”

“Whether someone wants whole of market advice, a Key Equity Release branded plan or access to other later life lending products, they can visit us and benefit from the same award-winning support that they have come to expect from Key.”
