Vida launches ‘segmented’ sales approach to improve broker proposition

Vida Homeloans has announced that it is launching a new “segmented” sales approach to improve its proposition for brokers.

The specialist lender said the move will be aimed at better supporting brokers and their clients through the provision of dedicated specialist relationship teams.

The approach will work across Vida’s product development, marketing, sales and service teams to deliver an improved specialist proposition for mortgage clubs, network specialist distributors, and new-build specialists.

Vida said it is “determined to strengthen relationships” with its partners and their clients to ensure it offers a seamless customer journey to meet the needs of brokers and their clients.

“We are proud to continue to evolve our proposition and meet the complex needs of brokers and their clients,” commented Vida director of mortgage distribution, Richard Tugwell.

“Our relationships are hugely important to us, so we have put time and resources into ensuring our relationship teams can provide packagers, panels and brokers with a first-class service and be able to accommodate their needs every step of the way.

“It also reinforces our commitment to offer greater opportunities for intermediaries and their clients who are locked out by the high street lenders.”
