Twenty7Tec upgrades integration with Halifax

Twenty7Tec has announced it is delivering an upgrade to its existing APPLY integration with Halifax.

The move is to provide advisers with additional functionality to the decision in principle (DIP) application process.

Twenty7Tec’s APPLY streamlines the application submission process by acting as the single point of transmission for all data and documents relating to the application.

The mortgage software provider said the additional functionality will now allow advisers to obtain DIP applications for self-employed customers and provide the ability to retrieve DIP Certificates in the firm’s APPLY module.

“Since rolling out the Halifax integration early in 2021, we've seen strong engagement levels from advisers submitting DIPs to Halifax via APPLY, with many praising the increased efficiency and time saving the journey offers,” commented Twenty7Tec director of lender relationships, Nathan Reilly.

“We're pleased to be in a position where advisers will now be able to place even more Halifax cases through CloudTwenty7 and download a DIP certificate that can be shared with their customers.”

Halifax managing director intermediaries, Esther Dijkstra, added: “I am delighted that Twenty7tec have chosen to expand their APPLY functionality with our update.

“This update is in line with our commitment to provide the best service possible to intermediaries and is a further step on our journey to provide the capability to submit full mortgage applications via our API services, with more changes expected shortly.”
