Twenty7Tec integrates with Connells Group

Twenty7Tec has announced a new integration with estate agency and property services provider, Connells Group.

Connells will utilise the mortgage technology provider’s SOURCE and APPLY modules of the CloudTwenty7 platform across Countrywide, supporting advisers in sourcing and applying for mortgages for their clients.

Twenty7Tec confirmed that both SOURCE and APPLY will be seamlessly integrated into Countrywide’s systems following the acquisition of Countrywide by Connells Group, with a roll-out to advisers of the new solution beginning in the first quarter of 2022, and across more than 650 estate agency branches.

SOURCE will support Countrywide advisers in selecting products for their clients, while APPLY will help the submission to lenders of decision in principles, full mortgage applications, documents, case notes and fee payments, as well as the receipt of immediate electronic case updates direct from the lender.

“This new partnership with Countrywide further solidifies our position as the key technology partner for estate agency businesses with significant financial services operations,” commented Twenty7Tec CEO, James Tucker.
