Twenty7tec and CMME confirm new integration

CMME Mortgages and Protection has enhanced its partnership with Twenty7tec by integrating with the mortgage technology firm’s APPLY module.

The move will enable users of CMME to submit applications to multiple lenders without the need to rekey data.

CMME also stated that the integration will allow data to move freely from its CRM system to Twenty7tec’s platform and the APPLY module, which will make CMME’s fact find process more simple and helping advisers to apply for mortgages via Twenty7tec.

Users can submit either decisions in principle or full mortgage applications to any lender connected to the APPLY system, which streamlines the submission of mortgage applications to multiple lenders from one single platform. Advisers can submit documents and case notes, and also receive status updates all the way through to completion.

Twenty7tec director of lender relationships, Nathan Reilly, commented: “I am delighted that CMME have integrated with APPLY to support advisers in seamlessly submitting applications to lenders without the need for re-keying.
