Smartr365 adds voice assistant to broker retention tool

Smartr365 has added voice assistant and smart device integrations to its broker retention tool, SmartrRetain.

The end-to-end mortgage platform said the move will help borrowers stay in touch and engaged with their mortgage broker.

Clients using Smartr365’s HomeBuyer app will now be able to ask their smart device questions to stay informed and begin a remortgage discussion. The software firm stated that they can also stay up to speed with the progress of their application and other developments, with these questions also supported.

The integration is the latest feature in Smar365’s SmartrRetain offering, which flows seamlessly into the wider Smartr365 platform for the completion of a remortgage.

Smartr365 CEO, Conor Murphy, commented: “In today’s market, client retention is just as important as bringing in new business, and we wanted to create a suite of features which would make this as easy as possible for our users.

“SmartrRetain is a tool which not only covers every aspect of client retention, but it also automates and streamlines much of the process to make it a simple step instead of a laborious task.”
