Quantum Mortgages and Brilliant Solutions announce new partnership

New specialist buy-to-let (BTL) lender, Quantum Mortgages, has added both the packaging and mortgage club arms of Brilliant Solutions to its panel.

Members of the Brilliant Solutions mortgage club will have access to Quantum Mortgages’ recently launched BTL product range for individuals and limited companies.

This range is available for single unit properties including those in Northern Ireland, flats including high rise, new builds, studio, ex local authority and adjacent commercial units, MUBs, HMOs, holiday and student lets, as well as semi-commercial properties.

“The addition of Quantum Mortgages to our fees free packaging and mortgage club panel is great news for our intermediaries as it opens even more product solutions for their professional landlord clients,” said Brilliant Solutions sales director, Michael Craig.

“We are always looking to expand our panel to ensure we can offer the best array of products and Quantum’s specialist range certainly falls into that category.”

Quantum Mortgages sales director, Spencer Gale, added: “We are delighted to join the panel of both the packaging arm and mortgage club of Brilliant Solutions. A business that has grown rapidly over the last few years that I have admired from a distance and now get to work with. I am confident that the breath of products that we offer will be a valuable addition to the Brilliant Solutions panel.”
