JammJar has revealed new details of its Winter26 platform update. The latest update represents the most significant evolution of the platform to date, bringing together sourcing, case management, documentation, compliance and communication into a single connected workflow, with AI supporting advisers throughout the life of a case. As a result, advisers can now source mortgages within JammJar, with sourcing parameters automatically populated with existing case data and recommendations mapped directly back into the client record, removing the need to rekey information. The update also strengthens the link between mortgage advice, protection and general insurance. The updates will officially be unveiled during a live online event on 11 February.
