The Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) has announced that Leonard Curtis has joined as an associate member.

As a result, its two-year standard residential mortgage is available from 5.29% at 80% LTV and 5.89% at 90% LTV, while its two-year specialist residential mortgages start from 5.49% and 5.99% at 80% and 95% LTV respectively.
Furthermore, its two- and five-year buy-to-let (BTL) specialist mortgage starts from 5.69%, and its five-year limited company BTL mortgage is available from 5.99%.
