Landbay has appointed Joe Noon as its new regional manager for the Yorkshire region.

In this role, he will provide insight and sales support to brokers and advisory firms across the region on its buy-to-let product range, covering premier, core, specialist and product transfers.

Noon brings more than 12 years of experience the role, having worked within the mortgage and specialist lending sectors in a number of positions. During his career, he has worked at Lloyds Banking Group, Vida and The Mortgage Lender, and joins Landbay from Metro Bank.

London Credit has increased its maximum LTV on its commercial lending proposition from 65% to 70%, with commercial pricing now starting from 0.72% per month.

The enhanced proposition is available across a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, refinancing and investment transactions.

The commercial lending proposition continues to be managed by its commercial property professionals.

Daniel Edmondson has been appointed as national sales manager at Twenty7tec.

He joins the firm with extensive experience across the mortgage and later life lending sectors, having worked across both lender and distribution businesses.

Prior to joining Twenty7tec, Edmondson served as senior strategic partnerships manager at Advise Wise, where he was responsible for developing partnerships and supporting firms with access to specialist mortgage and later life lending solutions.

Samuel Bryce has joined Word On The Street as mortgage operations manager.

He brings seven years of mortgage and lending industry experience to the role, following a successful tenure at MS Lending Group, where he held a number of roles.

Bryce began his career at Together, where he first worked with founding partner of Word On The Street, Michael Street.
