News in brief - 2 June 2025

Just Group has appointed Sean Osborne as director of retail distribution. As part of his new role, Osborne will be responsible for the distribution strategy to support business growth, with a focus on the UK retail intermediated market. He brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to the role and joins Just Group from Charles Stanley, where he was group head of sales. Prior to this, Osborne worked as head of national accounts at Charles Stanley, head of sales at Suffolk Life and in various senior roles at Legal & General.

Kaisa Suchacka has been appointed as head of finance at HouzeCheck. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the proptech disruptor’s expansion. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. Kuchacka joins from Redkite Data Intelligence, where she was head of financial control, having previously worked at healthcare technology provider, RLDatx.

Arc & Co. has appointed Arjun Saroya as an asset finance advisor. He brings a strong background in development finance, most recently as portfolio at Invest & Fund. He has also worked within a prime London property development business where he was involved in financial modelling, with a specific focus on office to residential schemes. In additional, Saroya has previously held a role in the underwriting department at Hampshire Trust Bank. As part of the role, Saroya will work with director, Philip Kay, across a range of real estate funding areas and asset classes.
