Alternative Bridging Corporation has appointed Kamil Mughal as case manager in its Manchester-based case management team. Mughal has a background in mortgage case management, compliance and financial crime prevention, having worked across residential and specialist lending, including bridging finance and buy-to-let (BTL). He will support the progression of cases across the business, working with brokers, underwriters and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Landbay has launched two new two-year trackers and two zero fee, five-year fixed rates within its premier range of products. Premier is a range of standard products for landlords with up to 15 properties, available to both individual and limited company landlord borrowers. The two new premier trackers are both available at up to 75% LTV with no early repayment charges. A two-year tracker, for both purchase and remortgage, and a like-for-like remortgage-only tracker, are both available at bank base rate plus 0.34%.

United Trust Bank (UTB) has promoted Rebwar Abdoullahi to the role of business development manager (BDM) in its bridging and BTL field sales team. Previously serving as a business relationship manager in UTB’s mortgage team, he joined in 2024 from Tandem Bank and has over 16 years’ experience in property finance across broking, underwriting, business development and account management. In his new role, Abdoullahi will continue to build relationships with brokers operating the South West and Wales.
