MPowered Mortgages partners with Stonebridge

Fintech mortgage lender MPowered Mortgages has announced a partnership with independent broker network, Stonebridge.

Stonebridge’s community of 1,000 advisers will now have access to MPowered’s full range of residential mortgage products for prime borrowers.

MPowered’s prime residential products include two, five and 10-year fixed rate mortgages and its recently launched 85% LTV mortgage range. Initial rates on the 85% LTV range begin at 5.39% and are designed to support homebuyers and those looking to remortgage on loans of up to £1.5m.

Distribution director at MPowered, Emma Hollingworth, commented: “At a time when choice and product flexibility is more important to the consumer than ever, we are thrilled to be partnering with Stonebridge and widening the access to our prime residential mortgage range.

“Choosing the best mortgage rate and product has become significantly more complex in today’s market, and I advise all consumers to seek independent mortgage advice to ensure they secure the right product for them.

“Stonebridge’s commitment to ensuring member firms can access support quickly and easily is one which we greatly admire, and exemplifies our own values of streamlining the mortgage journey for brokers and buyers alike.”

Business partnerships director at Stonebridge, Jo Carrasco, added: “During this period of uncertainty for homebuyers and homeowners, we are pleased to be able to offer our members even more choice through this partnership with MPowered, whose suite of products are both competitive and focused on delivering what the consumer needs.

“MPowered Mortgages’ AI-driven platform, that focuses on speeding up and simplifying the application process will also allow our members to provide a smoother and faster mortgage journey to their clients.”
