Milecross Financial acquires The Martin Cliffe Practice

Milecross Financial has completed the acquisition of The Martin Cliffe Practice, a financial planning firm based in Milton Keynes.

The Martin Cliffe Practice serves around 650 clients, managing approximately £80m of client funds. As part of the deal, the firm’s team of seven, which includes four advisers and three administrative staff, will all join Milecross.

Milecross provides financial advice throughout the UK and has over 100 advisers across 30 locations advising clients on product areas, including pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages.

The latest deal marks the fourth acquisition that Milecross has made this year, after also taking on Miskimmin Wealth, The Centre Court Partnership, and Osprey Financial Services.

“We’re thrilled to have The Martin Cliffe Practice as part of Milecross”, said founder and CEO at Milecross, Paul Dalzell. “This marks the latest in a long line of acquisitions this year alone, and further extends our services as a leading UK-wide advice business.
