Market Finance Solutions joins Sesame panel

Market Financial Solutions has been added to Sesame’s panel of lenders.

The move will provide Sesame’s network of intermediaries with access to Market Financial Solutions’ range of residential bridging loan and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products.

Market Financial Solutions offers both bridging loans and BTL mortgages, specialising in handling large and complex deals at pace, offering loans up to £50m with terms of between three months and 10 years.

The London-based lender’s partnership with Sesame also follows its recently announced extension of a £1.5 billion funding line.

CEO at Market Financial Solutions, Paresh Raja, said: “Joining Sesame’s panel of lenders is an exciting moment for our business. As we continue to refine our proposition and scale our lending operations, this partnership will enable even more intermediaries to access our bespoke financial products.

“While much of the market appears to be slowing, we’re doubling down on speed and flexibility to help brokers and their clients seize the opportunities that are out there. I’m confident this partnership will go from strength to strength, and I’m looking forward to seeing Sesame’s intermediaries make full use of what we can offer.”

Sesame distribution and marketing director, Toni Smith, added: “I’m confident that our members will find significant value in Market Financial Solutions’ market-leading range of bridging and BTL products.

“Its flexible approach to complex cases, combined with the ability to move quickly and reliably, make it a valuable addition to our lender panel.”
