Landbay relaunches special edition BTL offering

Landbay has announced it is releasing another special edition five-year fixed rate buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage range.

Having launched a special edition limited range in December, the tranche sold out before Christmas, but the lender has now confirmed that funding has become available to bring these BTL loans back to market.

There are four products with loan-to-values (LTVs) of 75% on borrowing of between £100,000 and £500,000. These rates start from 5.09% with a 5% fee going up to 5.69% with a 2% fee.

As a special edition, Landbay stated that the range is available only for a limited time on standard properties, including new builds.

Managing director, intermediaries at Landbay, Paul Brett, commented: “When we launched our special edition range a month ago, it sold out very quickly so we know there is demand. I’m really pleased we are able to bring another tranche to the BTL market so soon into the new year.
