Iress announces sourcing integration with Acre

Intermediary platform Acre has chosen Iress as its new partner for protection sourcing.

Protection sourcing will become Acre’s third platform integration into Iress.

Iress suggested the move, which is available to all users from 1 August, would “significantly deepen” the collaboration between the two firms. It will be available to all users from 1 August.

Since launching to customers in 2020, Acre’s mortgage sourcing proposition has been powered by Iress’ mortgage data. In 2021, Acre extended its partnership with Iress further by integrating Lender Connect, Iress’ platform for lender applications.

Head of business development at Iress, Warren O’Connell, said: “Time and again Acre has walked the talk when it comes to realising its ambition to shake up the mortgage and insurance advice process. With its clear aim of streamlining and automating tasks for brokers, while providing homebuyers with faster and better advice, we are naturally aligned.

“This latest integration is another step towards our shared goal of helping brokers to run the whole mortgage and protection journey in one place – securing the right deals and cover for customers with confidence and without the need for rekeying.”

Acre’s CEO and founder, Justus Brown, added: “We have always been driven to build an impactful platform that improves brokers' ways of working and adds value and breadth to the service they offer. To systematically change the mortgage journey, it is imperative we work with other like-minded innovators in the ecosystem.

“This is why we continue to expand our relationship with Iress. Their unique approach to mortgage and protection data works in symbiosis with our CRM so that brokers receive a best-in-class technology that makes their lives easier and helps serve clients better.”
