InterBay announces expansion of legal panel

InterBay has announced a host of new partnerships to expand its legal panel and accelerate applications across its commercial and semi-commercial ranges.

The lender has confirmed new partnerships with Harold Benjamin, Insight Law & JMW Solicitors.

InterBay, which is part of OSB Group, said that the expansion can provide brokers and their clients with greater choice in arranging any necessary legal work.

The move has been created following several intermediary workshops designed to understand and explore key challenges and to develop and enhance the broker journey, the lender stated.

OSB Group head of specialist finance, Emily Hollands, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Harold Benjamin, Insight Law and JMW Solicitors to our legal panel. All three firms are well regarded and the addition of their expertise enables us to offer increased choice as well as provide additional support during the mortgage process.”

Director at SPF Private Clients, Russell Hall, said: “The expansion of the legal panel in InterBay is invaluable to brokers and their clients. The legal panel provides reputable solicitors that understand brokers and their requirements which is crucial to getting cases completed.

“The expansion is a huge win for InterBay and shows the intent they have in their drive to be best in class lender.”
