Crystal Specialist Finance launches semi-exclusive mortgages with InterBay

Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has introduced a new range of semi-exclusive mortgages for landlords and investors with InterBay.

The product offering includes improved options for commercial landlords seeking to occupy the premises themselves or rent them out, as well as investors in semi-commercial property, purpose-built student accommodation and holiday lets.

Specialist finance distributor CSF has worked with InterBay, which is part of specialist lender OSB Group, to reduce rates across these products and provide competitive rates for clients looking to purchase or remortgage.

Rates start from 6.19% based on 50% LTV against a two-year fixed-rate loan, with a minimum value of £150,000.

Group sales director at CSF, Jason Berry, said: “The low rates which rest at the heart of this new range reinforce InterBay as one of our industry’s pre-eminent commercial lenders, while simultaneously ensuring that our broker partners are consistently able to provide clients with truly exceptional value.”

InterBay’s head of specialist finance, Marc Callaghan, added: “We’re delighted to be in a position to lower rates which we’re able to do because our new commercial investments team are real subject matter experts in this field, truly understanding the differing variables that exist.”
