Countrywide Surveying Services and Leeds Building Society renew terms

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has announced the renewal of its partnership with Leeds Building Society.

The pair have agreed a contracted appointment which will see CSS remain as the lender’s lead valuer and panel manager.

CSS supplies valuation panel management services, residential valuations and surveys in the UK. Its panel, which extends across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 700 staff.

The panel management firm began working with Leeds Building Society in April 2017 and has subsequently held the position of lead valuer and panel manager ever since.

“We greatly value the excellent relationships that we continue to build with all our lender clients and are delighted that Leeds Building Society have chosen to renew their relationship with us,” commented CSS managing director, Matthew Cumber.

Head of mortgage lending at Leeds Building Society, Yvonne Langley-Brook, added: “With many shared values, working with Countrywide is genuinely a partnership founded on integrity and collaboration and we look forward to working closely with the team going forward.”
