Barclays goes live on Mortgage Brain’s Submissions Brain platform

Mortgage Brain has announced that Barclays has joined its application and submission gateway, Submissions Brain.

Barclays recently launched its trial of Submissions Brain with Fluent Mortgages, and from today has rolled it out to the entire market.

Submissions Brain is a cloud-based platform available to all intermediaries as a standalone service as well as through a range of integrations including Mortgage Brain’s CRM, The Key and sourcing system, Sourcing Brain, as well as users of One Mortgage System (OMS).

The platform allows intermediaries to carry out a range of activities that save time and reduce the need to visit numerous systems, while ensuring that a single set of client data can be used multiple times.

Barclays’ integration of the service is delivered via an API and means intermediaries can seamlessly transfer data from Mortgage Brain systems to the Barclays platform without the need to rekey data.

“Barclays is one of the UK’s biggest lenders, so it’s a huge milestone to welcome it onto Submissions Brain,” said sales and marketing director at Mortgage Brain, Neil Wyatt.

“The platform is providing tangible time-saving benefits to mortgage advisers of all sizes and with the succession of lenders who have joined over the last 12 months, it clearly demonstrates the growing reputation of Submissions Brain.”
