Air Group announces partnership with Stonebridge

Later life lending platform Air has announced plans to partner with mortgage & protection network, Stonebridge, to provide advisers with access to the network’s tech offering.

Stonebridge will offer Air’s new enhanced WriteRoute fact find to advisers, enabling users to access financial and data admin tools in one platform.

As well as this, the new version of the fact find, suitability reporting, product sourcing, and KFI generation tool has an enhanced set of questions that put client vulnerability and affordability at the heart of the advice process.

At the same time, Stonebridge will also endorse the use of Air Sourcing’s Navigator Tool for its adviser membership.

In keeping with Consumer Duty requirements, Air suggested that the addition of these two new tools will ensure Stonebridge advisers have all the necessary information to result in the best customer outcomes even from the earliest discussions with their clients.

Air CEO, Paul Glynn, commented: “It’s a privilege to partner with Stonebridge on equipping advisers with industry-leading resources to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a time of regulatory transition.

“Our WriteRoute and Navigator tools offering is designed to make advisers’ lives easier, focusing on capturing the critical elements of client needs whilst streamlining admin tasks and freeing up time for advisers to do what they do best: talking to their clients so they can offer the most tailored and personalised guidance.

“With the FCA review in mind, we’re equipping our sector to rise to the challenge and continue the good work already done around customer outcomes by embracing cutting-edge mortgage technology.”

Operations director at Stonebridge, Gavin Earnshaw, added: “Following the implementation of Consumer Duty and the recent FCA review of the later life sector, it’s more important than ever that advisers have all the support to do the best job possible – and we’re committed to providing that for them.

“It’s also exciting to be endorsing Air’s new Navigator Tool, a tremendous asset to advisers concerned with having the most comprehensive and effective affordability conversations with clients. With many clients still facing tricky financial situations, a simple and effective way to determine the best product and outcome for each circumstance is a significant benefit for the Stonebridge network.”
