Vida appoints key account manager for the North East and Yorkshire

Specialist mortgage lender Vida Homeloans has announced the appointment of Amanda Meadows as its new key account manager for the North East and Yorkshire region.

Meadows will be responsible for engaging with key brokers and intermediary contacts, building relationships and helping brokers to develop their business in the specialist lending sector, and brings with her over 20 years of key account management experience. She has previously held positions at Shawbrook Bank, Darlington Building Society, Bank or Ireland and Virgin Money, where she has led on developing Intermediary Sales business by building profitable, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with key strategic partners in target markets.

Meadows also has an extensive portfolio in regional business development, and a proven sales track record in product areas including specialist lending, Buy-to-Let (BTL), and Help to Buy, with a solid knowledge of a wide range of products and regulation.

Commenting on the appointment, Vida Homeloans director of sales, mortgages, Louisa Sedgwick said: “Amanda brings a wealth of experience to Vida Homeloans and we’re confident that she will be a great addition to the team. She will play a crucial role in supporting our business as we look to grow the specialist market by continuing to challenge the status quo through innovation and creativity.
