Titan Wealth acquires LTS Tax

Titan Wealth is strengthening its international wealth management offering with the acquisition of Channel Islands tax advisory firm LTS Tax.

Founded in 2012, LTS has offices in Guernsey and Jersey and primarily serves high-net-worth individuals, trustees, corporates and internationally based clients requiring UK, Jersey and Guernsey tax advice.

Its services include tax compliance, trust taxation, inheritance tax (IHT) planning and wealth structuring, supported by 14 qualified UK Chartered Tax Advisers and seven qualified accountants.

The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, follows Titan Wealth’s recently announced acquisition of Progeny International, also subject to approvals, which has operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Belgium and Dubai.

The acquisitions will broaden Titan’s ability to combine international financial planning with specialist UK and offshore tax advice, investment management, platform and custody services.

Founded in 2020, London-based Titan is one of the UK's fastest-growing wealth management consolidators. It has expanded rapidly through acquisitions to build an integrated business spanning financial advice, investment management, platform/custody services, tax planning and international wealth management.

Unlike a traditional IFA consolidator that simply buys advisory firms, Titan has been building a vertically integrated wealth management group. The company has grown to oversee approximately £37bn of assets through a combination of organic growth and an aggressive acquisition strategy.

Andrew Fearon, joint group CEO and head of M&A at Titan Wealth, said: "The acquisition of LTS is another important step as we continue to add market leading capabilities to our wealth management offering. LTS’s solutions perfectly complement our existing strengths and will further differentiate our offering by combining specialist UK and offshore tax advice with financial planning, investment management and platform capabilities for the benefit of clients.”

LTS managing director Paul O’Neill added: "Joining Titan Wealth marks an exciting new chapter for LTS, creating opportunities for both our clients and our people. By combining our specialist tax expertise with Titan Wealth's integrated wealth management platform and growing international presence, clients will benefit from access to a broader range of services while continuing to receive the high-quality, personalised advice they value."
