TRM launches new business support hub

The Right Mortgage (TRM) has announced the launch of a new business support hub, designed to help appointed representative (AR) firms and their advisers grow their businesses.

The centralised platform provides tools, resources and expert guidance, with the aim of helping business owners drive impact across key areas of their business.

Through the hub, advisers will be able to access recruitment support to help build and develop teams, marketing strategies designed to generate new leads, proven sales processes and client journey frameworks, and training and development tools to enhance skills and performance.

Advisers will be supported by TRM’s national account managers, and the firm said the hub’s launch marks the "beginning of an ongoing programme of enhancements".

Alongside the business support hub launch, the company will also introduce newly redesigned products hub on 14 April to provide further support to advisers across its platform.

National account manager at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, Chelsea Kiefert, stated: "We know many advisers don’t struggle with ambition, but with time, structure and knowing where to focus their efforts to achieve sustainable growth.

"The business support hub has been built to address that directly, giving firms a clear framework they can apply to their own businesses, rather than leaving them to piece things together themselves.

"It’s about helping firms move forward with purpose, professionalism, make better commercial decisions, and ultimately build more resilient, scalable businesses."
