StreamBank joins New Leaf’s lender panel

StreamBank has been added to the New Leaf Distribution lender panel.

New Leaf appointed representative (AR) firms can now place business directly with StreamBank across its bridging, development and commercial lending ranges.

StreamBank, which launched in 2021, specialises in short-term and specialist property lending. Its proposition is designed to help brokers secure funding on both straightforward and complex cases, including time-sensitive bridging loans, property refurbishment projects, development exit finance and commercial investment opportunities.

New Leaf’s network supports mortgage, protection and wealth advisers nationwide. It also provides compliance, training business development support to more than 350 advisers across the country.

Managing director for property finance at StreamBank, Roz Cawood, said: "New Leaf has built a strong reputation for the support it gives to its advisers, combining scale with a personal approach. Joining its lender panel means we can offer our full range of products to its network. Just as importantly, it allows us to work closely with new advisers, discuss cases directly and provide solutions that make a real difference."

Chief executive officer at New Leaf Distribution, Daniel Hobbs, added: "We’re very pleased to welcome StreamBank to our lender panel. Its specialist expertise adds real value for our advisers, particularly when clients need more flexible or bespoke funding. Full access to StreamBank’s bridging, development and commercial products gives our AR firms greater choice, which ultimately means better outcomes for their customers."
