SDL Surveying announces partnership with Mansfield BS

SDL Surveying has launched a new partnership with mutual lender, Mansfield Building Society (BS).

The independent provider of mortgage valuations will be providing residential valuation services, utilising its roster of both in-house, employed surveyors plus its external, nationwide network of local, independent chartered surveying firms.

SDL works with a variety of UK lenders, managing well in excess of 200,000 valuations per year.

It said that the new relationship with Mansfield BS will allow its to broaden its offering, given that such lenders, such as Mansfield, offer a range of mortgage product options, across both the mainstream and the specialist sectors.

Mansfield BS offers a range of mortgage products, covering residential, buy-to-let, first-time buyers, credit repair, shared ownership, later life, expat and its specialist versatility proposition.

Managing director at SDL Surveying, Simon Jackson, said: "It is always exciting to announce a brand-new relationship, especially with a lender that has a history of over 150 years, one that shares our core business values, and one that is clearly committed to helping a wide a range of mortgage borrowers.
