Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) adds 10 new advisers in Q2

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has added 10 new advisers to its ranks in the second quarter of the year.

Between April and June 2025, the mortgage, protection and financial planning network appointed Fiyin Makinde from Arvifin Solutions, James Armitage from Lenderhive, Naveed Khan from Roxton Wealth, Varun Maini from V&R Financial and Sally Mitchell from Versed Financial.

Other appointments include Daniel Skelton from Wealth Guide, Philip Wildin and KellyAnn El-Shawk from Wildin & Co, and Mark Francis and Darryl Workman from WR Ethical.

Rosemount’s network focuses on support and aims to stand out from the market, attracting adviser firms covering the range of financial services.

The latest update comes after the network stated that it had enjoyed "exceptional growth" in 2025 to date. Recent analysis from Network Consulting showed that in the year so far, Rosemount has seen a net growth of 14.5%, which is the third highest of any network in the country.

The growth has helped Rosemount’s first quarter revenue increase by more than a third year-on-year.

Chief executive officer at Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), Ahmed Bawa, said: "We are building something really special at Rosemount. For too long advisers have felt overlooked by their networks, treated as numbers on a balance sheet. We are doing things differently, really getting to know each individual adviser, their hopes and aspirations, and putting a support structure in place to help them achieve those goals.

"At Rosemount, advisers enjoy bespoke training to allow them to develop their firm as they see fit, diversifying or strengthening their proposition in the areas that matter to them and their clients. Our ability to support advisers moving into full financial planning has been a big driver in our growth to date, and I look forward to working closely with our latest recruits in the months and years ahead."

Mortgage and protection consultant at Versed Financial, Sally Mitchell, added: "From the very first interaction I have been struck by the warm welcome I have received from Rosemount. It really does feel like you are joining a family. The small, friendly team are always available to answer any queries or steer you in the right direction. You get the feeling they are your cheerleaders and want to make everything as efficient and simple as possible. I am impressed with their tech offerings and it's a breath of fresh air to have a compliance team who are so supportive."
