Paragon is today expanding its buy-to-let mortgage range to include mortgages for expat landlords with rental property in the UK and UK holiday lets.

Mortgages for expat landlords are available with an LTV up to 70% for loan amounts up to a maximum of £750,000, and at LTVs up to 65% for loan amounts up to a maximum of £1m. Mortgages for holiday lets are available up to a 70% LTV for loan amounts up to a maximum of £500,000.

Fleet Mortgages appoints Steve Cox as distribution director

Specialist and buy-to-let lender Fleet Mortgages has today announced the appointment of Steve Cox as its distribution director.

Cox will be working closely with the management and sales teams at Fleet, supporting the development of existing relationships, while also building new ones.

Also, the lender’s business development manager Chris Barwick will now cover the entire North of England, rather than just the North East.

InterBay Commercial appoints new senior BDM for the Midlands

InterBay Commercial, part of specialist lending group OneSavings Bank, has appointed Matthew Taylor as a senior business development manager to cover the Midlands area, as it continues with its strategy to provide sales coverage nationally.

Commenting, InterBay head of sales Darrell Walker said: "We are committed to growing our business and ensuring that we continue to bring value to our brokers no matter where they are located.
