Mortgage Brain onboards Mortgage Force and Affinity

Mortgage Brain has successfully onboarded Mortgage Force and Affinity Group to its new Mortgage Brain Hub.

As a result, brokers from both firms now have access to all five Mortgage Brain modules, which include Sourcing, Criteria, Affordability, Submissions and CRM.

Since the formal launch of Mortgage Brain Hub in September last year, the overall number of onboarded users has increased to over 2,000.

The onboarding programme was developed in collaboration with both firms to ensure the need of all users were accommodated, and both Mortgage Force Affinity were each appointed a dedicated Mortgage Brain national account manager to oversee the transformation.

For brokers and advisers, the Mortgage Brain Hub creates a fully joined-up way of working, with complete connectivity across systems, reduced duplication and faster case progression.

It supports advisers by managing client relationships more effectively, while providing a secure environment that helps protect client data and supports ongoing compliance requirements.

Managing director at Mortgage Force, Kevin Duffy, said: "Onboarding onto Mortgage Brain Hub has been a genuinely collaborative journey built around shared goals and a clear focus on how technology can genuinely support our advisers day to day.

"The bespoke training and ongoing support have been critical in helping our team understand not just how to use the platform, but how to get the most value from it. The willingness on both sides to invest time, listen, and adapt has made a real difference, and we are confident that Mortgage Brain Hub will play a central role in supporting our advisers and their clients."

Managing director at Affinity Group, Jamie Lewis, added: "From the outset, Mortgage Brain demonstrated a genuine commitment to partnership, working closely with us to understand our business and ensure we transitioned to the Mortgage Brain Hub at the right time, when its capabilities fully matched our requirements.

"Their carefully planned onboarding and training programme supported our advisers every step of the way, enabling a smooth and confident adoption of the platform. As a result, the Hub now forms a core part of our technology strategy, and we’re excited about its future development and long-term potential."
