FIBA and Simplybiz collaborate on new panel

SimplyBiz Mortgages and the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) have collaborated to create a Specialist Property Finance Panel.

The joint initiative offers access to a range of lenders providing bridging, development finance, specialist buy-to-let and commercial lending products.

At launch, lenders selected for the panel include Black & White Bridging, FBSE Finance, InterBay, Market Harborough Building Society, Octopus Real Estate, Paragon, Precise, Roma, Saffron Building Society, and United Trust Bank.

The panel is the latest proposition enhancement open to FIBA and Simplybiz members and the pair confirmed there would be further enhancements to the panel in the coming months, including technology solutions and enhanced support.

Chair of FIBA and chief executive officer at Simplybiz Mortgages, said: “Since its launch in 2021, this initiative has proven popular with, and extremely valuable to, members of both FIBA and Simplybiz Mortgages. The past five years have seen significant change across the specialist property finance sector and, as a result, to the support offered by FIBA.

"The reinvigorated Specialist Property Finance Panel offers an end-to-end solution for those looking to support their clients in this area. It features a revised lender panel, with additional technology solutions coming soon, which will allow brokers to take a whole of market view when selecting the products that best meet the clients' requirements."
