Charles Street becomes patron lender of NACFB

Charles Street has become an official patron lender of the UK’s trade body for commercial finance professionals, the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

The specialist lender said the partnership marks a significant step in strengthening its relationships with brokers and supporting businesses and property investors with tailored finance solutions.

It also offers collaboration with commercial finance brokers, enhanced visibility across the NACFB broker network, exclusive access to events and professional development opportunities, as well as new ways to deliver value to businesses and property investors.

Charles Street is backed by over 40 years of lending expertise and has lent £1.5bn to date. It focuses on complex cases and provides a range of bridging loans and commercial mortgages.
