AJ Bell IPO price range prospectus approved by FCA

Further to its announcement yesterday morning detailing its intention to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO), investment platform provider AJ Bell has confirmed that its price range prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

In a statement yesterday afternoon, the platform provider reported that, following the approval from the regulator, its price range has now been published in its prospectus and can be accessed via the company’s website.

Alternatively, prospective shareholders can collect a copy from the firm’s offices at 4 Exchange Quay, Salford Quays, Manchester, M5 3EE.

The prospectus has also now been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection by clicking here.
