Watts Commercial Finance to integrate Finova’s CRM

Mortgage lending software provider Finova has announced that Watts Commercial Finance has selected to power its operations with Finova Broker CRM.

The move will allow Watts Commercial to automate core administrative tasks and increase its operational capacity.

Watts Commercial specialises in delivering commercial funding solutions to businesses, property investors and developers across the UK.

The group will integrate Finova’s CRM seamlessly with a range of third-party applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Zapier, while offering a customisable interface. This flexibility allows Watts Commercial to tailor workflows to the specific needs of its introducers and clients, supporting a more efficient and personalised service.

“As our commercial operations grow, it’s vital that our systems evolve to support our people,” said operations director at Watts Commercial, Katie Barlow.

“This investment reflects our ongoing focus on improving our processes and supporting our introducers every step of the way. But we are also investing in our clients, as the portal will help ensure they remain up to date throughout the process and feel more informed in their decisions.”

Customer success director at Finova Broker, Matt Harrison, added: “Brokers are under increasing pressure to do more with less while delivering a seamless experience to clients and introducers. Finova Broker CRM is designed to bring workflows, communications and compliance into one connected platform.

“By giving all parties visibility of case progress and automating time-consuming administrative tasks, we enable firms like Watts Commercial to scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality, relationship-led service.”
