Swansea Building Society partners with Brilliant Solutions

Swansea Building Society has announced it has partnered with the direct‐to‐lender mortgage club, Brilliant Solutions, providing access to a wider range of mortgage brokers.

The society offers mortgages throughout Wales as well as England where some further restrictions can apply, and revealed it is partnering with Brilliant Solutions to increase awareness of its varied product set.

Brilliant Solutions, a mortgage club and specialist mortgage packager, operates from Swansea and suggested it is keen to raise the profile of its local building society for the benefit of brokers and their clients alike.

Brilliant Solutions managing director, Matthew Arena, said: “Swansea Building Society is a local gem that deserves to have a higher profile. Its wide range of products cater for numerous client circumstances and we are looking forward to discussing them in detail with the intermediary market.”
