London Credit has reduced monthly rates by up to eight bps across its semi-commercial bridging range to strengthen its proposition.
The lender’s maximum LTV semi-commercial rate at 70% LTV has been reduced from 1% per month to 0.92%, while rates on lower LTV bands have also been reduced, with pricing starting from 0.80% per month.
Black & White Bridging has appointed Stuart Benge as relationship director for the Midlands.
He joins the firm with more than 30 years of sales and relationship management experience, having previously worked at Hodge, Assetz Capital and Norwich & Peterborough Building Society.
The bridging lender has also welcomed Jithin Saju as a data analyst.
Fleet Mortgages has announced two new appointments to its executive committee management team.
Toni Coulson has joined as risk and data insights director, after holding senior roles at Fleet’s parent company, Starling Bank. She will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s risk framework while driving greater use of data and insight across the business to support growth, innovation and customer outcomes.
Andy Parkes has also been appointed as operational director, having most recently worked as chief of staff, group operations, with OneSavings Bank. He brings significant experience in operational leadership, transformation and mortgage servicing, and will be responsible for further enhancing Fleet’s operational performance, service delivery and scalability.
Castle Trust Bank has reduced rates on both its bridging and buy-to-let (BTL) propositions.
On its bridging range, the firm has cut rates across its refurbishment products, with light refurbishment bridging now available at 0.70% per month across all LTV bands, and light refurbishment with drawdown reduced to 0.77% per month. Heavy refurbishment bridging rates have been cut to 0.99% per month across all LTVs.
For standard BTL properties, rates now start from 5.69% at up to 70% gross LTV, with rates from 5.74% available at 75% net LTV. For large HMO investments of up to 15 units, rates now start from 6.19% at up to 75% net LTV.
