L&G Surveying Services and Together launch new partnership

Legal and General (L&G) Surveying Services has signed a new agreement with specialist property lender, Together, to become a valuation partner for network and club cases.

The agreement aims to drive faster and more consistent valuations for brokers and clients using Together’s specialist mortgage products, which include residential, buy-to-let and HMO lending.

Under the new arrangement, L&G will handle qualifying residential valuation instructions for Together’s intermediary network and club channel, accessing its panel of RICS-qualified surveyors and digital valuation platform to accelerate turnaround times.

Sales director for networks and clubs at Together, Nick Parker, said: “We’re delighted to appoint L&G Surveying Services as a strategic valuation partner for our network and club cases.

“As a specialist lender, speed, consistency and certainty are critical for our broker partners and their clients, particularly when dealing with more complex properties or circumstances.

“This partnership will help us deliver a smoother, more efficient experience for brokers, enabling them to progress cases with confidence and ultimately achieve better outcomes for their customers.”

Strategic account director at L&G Surveying Services, Paula Matthews, added: “Together has a reputation for supporting customers who require more flexible lending solutions, and we are proud to play a key role in helping them complete those transactions smoothly and efficiently.

“Our teams have worked hard to ensure a seamless transition, and we look forward to delivering high-quality, reliable valuations that support Together’s growth ambitions.”
