Air Group launches new fact find and suitability report

Air Group has announced the launch of a new fact find and suitability report for advisers, which will be available via its Air Sourcing platform.

The later life lending specialist said the move will make the sales and administration process easier and more efficient.

Registered users of Air Sourcing will be able to access the new fact find and suitability reports from May.

Through the new service, advisers will be able to add in their own questions to tailor it to their clients’ needs, use it offline and later sync with their Air account when they have internet access, as well as access an improved vulnerability, State benefits, care and estate planning section. Advisers will also be able to secure a paper version of the documentation.

The later life lending specialist has announced a number of other new additions to the Air Sourcing platform, which include a new product update page to highlight product changes which may affect any KFIs that advisers have not yet submitted.

Air Group CEO, Stuart Wilson, commented: “We’re constantly looking to improve the services we provide to our adviser members in order to help them be more efficient and to deliver the very best consumer outcomes they can.

“Hence, why we’ll be launching this new fact find and suitability report next month and why we also have a number of further enhancements to announce, including our already launched product update page and the addition of our live enquiries system.

“The later life lending space changes so quickly that we want to ensure advisers are kept fully up to speed with all developments, and they have prompt access to the support they need from Air.”
