OMS renews technology agreement with Complete FS

One Mortgage System (OMS) has confirmed the renewal of its agreement with Complete FS, continuing to support the specialist distributor’s technology requirements.

The extended deal will see Complete FS retain the CRM and loan origination platform’s CRM and workflow platform at the core of its operations, providing a single system to manage cases, improve process efficiency and access integrated sourcing and criteria tools.

As part of the renewal, Complete FS will continue to benefit from ongoing platform developments, including enhancements to automation, case tracking and system integrations.

By continuing with OMS, Complete FS said it remains well placed to support its intermediary partners with a "consistent and structured approach", ensuring its can respond to shifting market demands.

Chief executive officer at OMS, Dale Jannels, stated: "Complete FS works across a range of specialist areas where clarity and control are vital. This extension reflects a strong working relationship and a shared focus on improving how cases are managed from start to finish.

"Our aim is to provide a system that supports day-to-day activity while also giving firms the flexibility to grow and adapt. We look forward to building on what has already been achieved together."
