Hope Capital Property Finance launches partnership with Melius Commercial

Hope Capital Property Finance has formed a strategic partnership with Melius Commercial to support clients with its range of bridging loan products.

The specialist full-service brokerage’s relationship with Hope Capital Property Finance began when both firms recognised their similarities in wanting to provide a client-centric approach. This led to the companies discussing opportunities for the lender to provide bridging loans to the broker’s customers.

Although it is in its early months, the partnership between the two North West-based firms has already resulted in over £7m in bridging finance provided to Melius Commercial clients, including the Dual+ product, which is designed to support residential bridging deals with urgent completion deadlines.

National account manager at Hope Capital Property Finance, David Weir, stated: "When I first met with Daniel Jones at Melius Commercial, I could immediately see that we held similar values when it comes to borrowers, and I knew that we would be able to work well together.

"By forming this strategic relationship, we have been able to present our offering to Melius customers, giving them more choice when it comes to bridging finance. We’re excited to see what the future holds for this relationship, and we look forward to building on it in the coming years."

Director at Melius Commercial, Daniel Jones, added: "Our experience working with Hope Capital Property Finance continues to be outstanding. On our latest transactions, their proactive, solutions-driven approach and strong communication ensured both deals progressed efficiently despite inherent complexities. The team brought a pragmatic and commercially focused mindset throughout, maintaining momentum at every stage.

"Hope Capital Property Finance consistently demonstrates an ability to deliver with professionalism and collaboration, and we look forward to working together on future transactions."
