Brickflow adds Pallas Capital to its lending panel

Pallas Capital has become the latest firm to be added to Brickflow’s lender panel.

The partnership gives brokers using the Brickflow platform enhanced access to Pallas Capital’s flexible development and bridging solutions.

This is set to strengthen the platform’s offering across residential, commercial and mixed-use property finance.

Through Brickflow, brokers can now access Pallas Capital’s development finance facilities, including loan sizes from £1m to £35m, up to 70% LTGCV, support across a range of asset classes, flexible underwriting and streamlined, flat credit structure.

Furthermore, they can also access the firm’s bridging finance solutions, including facilities between £250,000 and £35m up to 75% LTV, residential, commercial and mixed-use lenders and reliable access to capital for time-sensitive transactions.

Each bridging transaction is assessed on a case-by-case basis, with a focus on working with brokers delivering on an agnostic range of opportunities with lending appetite across most asset classes.

Director of lender relations at Brickflow and designated account manager at Pallas Capital, Glenn Franklin-Jones, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Pallas Capital to Brickflow, following their UK launch in January. Their flexible approach to both development and bridging finance, combined with a strong funding base and global track record, makes them an excellent addition to the platform.

"Pallas Capital’s focus on building long-term broker relationships aligns closely with our own values, and we’re excited to provide brokers with seamless access to their products through Brickflow."

Originator at Pallas Capital, Anna Thompson, added: "Pallas Capital is a modern, flexible lender with a commitment to expanding our offering to as many brokers as possible. Brickflow allows us to do just that.

"We received our first lead on day one of going live on the platform – an early indicator that this is a promising partnership. Our aim to act with integrity and quickly build a reputation for deliverability. We are excited to work with Brickflow as part of our journey."
