Afin Bank added to Paradigm’s lender panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Afin Bank to its lender panel.

The specialist lender offers residential and buy-to-let products for a range of borrower circumstances, including those who come from the diaspora, self-employed clients, foreign nationals working in the UK on a valid visa, and customers with complex income structures.

Afin Bank’s proposition also include products available from a 5% deposit and lending solutions for professionals requiring higher income multiples, alongside a high-net-worth range.

Mortgage products available include those for first-time buyers, those moving home, remortgages, with buy-to-let mortgages, and both fixed-rate and trackers being currently available.

Managing director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, Richard Howes, said: "We are pleased to welcome Afin Bank to the Paradigm lender panel and to provide member firms with access to an additional specialist lending proposition.

"Afin supports a wide range of borrowers with a wide range of both mainstream and specialist needs. Adding them to our panel further broadens the range of residential and buy-to-let lending options available to our member firms and their suitable borrower clients."

National key account manager at Afin Bank, Anum Mahmood, stated: "Partnering with Paradigm is a key milestone for Afin Bank. It enables us to bring our offering to a wide group of brokers while delivering the simplicity, speed and support they need to serve their clients effectively. I’m looking forward to working closely with Paradigm and its members to build strong relationships and drive mutual success."
