Perspective Financial Group completes five new acquisitions

Perspective Financial Group has completed a further five acquisitions to take the group’s total number of acquisitions to 121.

The five firms acquired are Lifestyle Financial Services, Sirius Money Management, Mat White Financial Services, Sapient Wealth Management and Bayham Wealth LLP.

Perspective said the latest transactions have added approximately £310m in assets under advice, 825 households as clients, and one new office located in Crewe.

The group’s CEO, Ian Wilkinson, said: “We’re pleased to announce a further five acquisitions this year and welcome the individuals that are joining Perspective from these firms. Each business shares our commitment to delivering exceptional financial planning services and client care.

“We’re delighted to continue our strong momentum in 2025 and we continue to see a lot of activity from an acquisition stand point. As always, we are focused on carefully selecting businesses that align with our culture and values, and we look forward to welcoming more acquisitions as the year progresses.”

Mat White, from Mat White Financial Services, added: “After 34 years in the profession, there comes a time when I must consider my own future. Over the past few years, my attention has naturally been drawn towards retirement, succession planning and the future continuity of service to my valued and loyal clients.

“With this in mind, I felt that the best solution for my clients was to seek a larger partner who could not only provide access to the next generation of advisers but also help with the gradual increase in the burden and costs of regulation.

“So, following an exhaustive search to find a partner that shares my philosophy, values, levels of professionalism and client service, we were delighted to find Perspective Group, a firm that shares our ethos, ethics, and client focused approach, to help my clients continue their ongoing financial planning and with a commitment to maintain an office in the local area.”
