Foundation has refreshed its buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage range by reintroducing a number of products.
The intermediary-only specialist lender has reintroduced its F1, £4£ remortgage and HMO two-year products at 75% LTV. On its F1 two-year fix, rates start from 4.84% with a 3% fee, while its £4£ remortgage two-year fix, rates are available from 4.24% with a 4% fee with a free standard valuation and no application fee. The HMO two-year fix is also available from 4.94% with a 3% fee.
Foundation has also launched a new five-year HMO Green product, which starts at 5.49% with a 5% fee with £500 cashback and no application fee.
Paragon Bank has reduced rates by 15 bps across a selection of five-year BTL mortgage for landlords purchasing or remortgaging single self-contained properties (SSCs), HMOs and MUBs.
The refreshed range includes products at 60%, 70%, 75% and 80% LTV, some limited edution, and extends to the lender’s tailored proposition.
Within the SSC range, rates now start from 4.95% on Paragon's green mortgage range, available on properties with EPC ratings of A-C. Equivalent products for properties with lower energy efficiency ratings of D or E are available from 5.00%. For HMOs and MUBs, rates now start from 5.10%.
Across the refreshed range, landlords can choose from nil-fee, percentage-fee and fixed-fee options, with selected products also benefiting from £1,000 cashback.
United Trust Bank (UTB) Property Development has provided a £13m acquisition and development facility to support the delivery of a new residential scheme in Birkdale.
The new Oakwood Group development will transform a former utility site into a collection of 33 new homes with a total GDV of around £19m.
The facility represents 68.5% LTGDV and 89% LTC and the new funding follows UTB’s support of another Oakwood Group development , which is approaching practical completion.
