Nick Chadbourne has been appointed as the new non-executive chair at The Conveyancing Association (CA).

Chadbourne, who has recently stepped down LMS after a decade as its chief executive, succeeds Nicky Heathcote, who will leave the CA at the end of her second term as non-executive chair.

He will take up his new role at the start of October, and will be attending the CA’s all member meeting and networking dinner in Liverpool on 8 October.

Rely has launched a new limited edition buy-to-let range, featuring rates from 2.85% and a wider selection of fee options across its one-, two- and five-year fixed products.

The new products are designed to support affordability and provide greater choice for landlords and brokers.

The new range is available at 65% and 75% LTV, and includes products for landlords across all portfolio sizes, with the one-year fix starting from 2.85% with a new 3.5% fee option. Two-year fixes are available from 3.59% with 3.5% and 5% fee options, and five-year fixes at 4.55% with 3.5%, 5% and a new 7% fee option.

Yorkshire Building Society has appointed James Mack as its new chief financial officer.

He brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services, and is currently CEO at John Lewis Money. He previously held the role of CFO at Barclays UK and Aldermore. He has also held senior roles at The Co-Operative Banking Group and Skipton Building Society.

Mack is due to take up the role at the beginning of 2027.
