News in brief - 14 October 2026

ModaMortgages is launching a new limited edition range of two- and five-year fixed rate products.

The specialist lender’s new limited edition range features two-year fixes from 4.14% and five-year fixes from 5.14%, and includes products suitable for single dwelling properties, as well as HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.

The products have no application or valuation fee across the entire range, and are available to both individual and limited company landlords up to 80% LTV, with a variety of fee structures to choose from.

One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated Rightmove’s automated valuation model (AVM) into its Originations platform, with Molo becoming the first lender to go live with the new capability.

The integration gives lenders using OMS Originations direct access to Rightmove’s property valuation technology, allowing eligible properties to be assessed through the property portal’s AVM as part of the mortgage application process.

By bringing this functionality into Originations, lenders can obtain property valuation information without switching between separate systems or rekeying data, helping to support earlier assessment of suitable cases and determine where further valuation work may be required.

RAW Capital Partners has surpassed its 2025 total value of mortgages, making 2026 its best-ever year on record with over two months still remaining.

The news comes after the Guernsey-based specialist lender expanded its offering in December to also lend to UK residents, and launched a bridging proposition in July. In September, it also announced that its loan book had surpassed the £250m milestone.

In light of increased demand for its products, RAW Capital Partners has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Andy Cameron as its business development executive. He brings over five years’ experience in financial services and will be based in London, where he will build relations with intermediaries, clients and networks.
