Together has appointed Graham Noctor as its first regional private client director for London and the South.

He brings three decades of mortgage market experience to the role, and will be responsible for providing flexible personal finance solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.

Noctor began his career as a mortgage adviser at Barclays and a financial planning manager at HSBC, before holding roles at Metro Bank, Thomas St John Group, SS&C Technologies and Virgin Red. He joins from Handelsbanken, where he spent four years developing a portfolio of HNW customers.

Nationwide has cut rates by up to 0.19% for new and existing customers across its first-time buyer, home mover and remortgage ranges.

As a result, its FTB three-year fix starts from 4.69% at 60% LTV with a £999 fee and £500 cashback. For new and existing customers moving home, a two-year 60% LTV fix is available from 4.52% with a £1,499 fee.

On its remortgage range, rates have been cut by up to 0.13%, with a three-year fix starting from 4.99% at 5% LTV with a £999 fee.

CHL Mortgages has officially launched its bridging proposition, with the new range featuring standard and light refurbishment products.

The launch will enable the lender to provide regulated and non-regulated loans for borrowers looking to undertake a range of property transactions and refurbishment projects.

Products will initially be available to directly authorised brokers and their clients via selected mortgage clubs and packager panels, before being rolled out to wider distribution channels in the future.

LendInvest Mortgages has appointed Darrell Walker as managing director for mortgages.

In his role, he will spearhead the company’s mortgage division, and an immediate focus on optimising its mortgage product mix to ensure offerings are highly competitive, differentiated and aligned with borrower needs.

Walker joins after LendInvest launched a semi-commercial buy-to-let proposition, designed to help UK professionals diversify their portfolios with high-value assets.
