Loans Warehouse partners with Flexi Network

Loans Warehouse has been appointed as a specialist lending partner to the recently launched Flexi Network, in a move that aims to strengthen its position in the intermediary market.

The appointment will see Loans Warehouse support Flexi Network advisers with second charge mortgages, bridging finance and development finance, providing members with direct access to its specialist broker teams.

The partnership also expands Loans Warehouse’s relationship with the group, which includes My Mortgage Co. This is set to create an “increasingly significant distribution partnership” across the group.

Flexi Network entered the market with a proposition designed to give mortgage and protection advisers greater freedom over how they build and operate the businesses. Its model combines whole-of-market access with compliance, CRM and operational support, while avoiding the restrictions traditionally associated with network membership.

The network also specifically recognises specialist advisers and brokers dealing with complex lending as part of its target membership.

Co-founder and director at Loans Warehouse, Matt Tristram, said: "Flexi is another example of how the network market is evolving. Advisers increasingly want the freedom to build their own businesses and brands, while still having access to great technology, compliance support and strong partners when they need specialist expertise. That last part is where we come in.

"Our approach has always been that when a broker introduces a client to Loans Warehouse, we become an extension of their business. The relationship with their client remains incredibly important, and our job is to provide the specialist knowledge and service that helps the adviser deliver the right outcome.

"With Flexi Network now alongside My Mortgage Co, this is becoming a really important relationship for Loans Warehouse and one we're looking forward to developing considerably over the coming years."

Amanda Cunliffe, director at Flexi Network, added: "We built Flexi Network so advisers can run their businesses their way, but freedom only works if the right support is there when a case gets complicated. Specialist lending is exactly that, and we wanted a partner our members can rely on from day one.

"Loans Warehouse has already proven itself across our wider group. Their team treats every introduction as if it were their own client, keeps the adviser at the centre of the relationship and gets cases over the line. We’re delighted to be bringing that expertise to Flexi advisers and their clients."
